Passed away January 2, 2023 Hellen Gertrude Humphries born in Safe Harbour, Bonavista Bay on October 1, 1925.

Predeceased by parents Olhenial & Mary Janes, husband Lacie Humphries, son Raymond Humphries, grand daughter Denise Hiscock, sister Sarah White, brothers Raymond Janes, Frank Janes, Clarence Janes and Harold Janes.

Leaving to mourn are her children Winnie Rogers, Bernice Johnson (Lindsay), Louise Oram (Gerald), Yvonne Collins (Randolph), Effie Collins, Wilfred Humphries (Rhonda) and Molly Humphries.
Daughter-in-law Debbie Humphries and Sister Evelyn Blackwood.

From the union of Hellen & Lacie there are 83 descendants, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, a large circle of nieces & nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at Oram’s Funeral Home Dover on Wednesday January 4, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 5, 2023 from United Church Hare Bay at 2 pm.
