Obituary for Mary Emma Lillian Cross
Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital on June 9th, 2021, Mary Emma Lillian Cross (Emmie) of Eastport at the age of 89 Years.
Predeceased by her parents Silas and Violet Dyke, Husband Edgar Cross, Sons David, James, Winston, Rodney and Prince, Sister Edna Dyke and Brother Prince Dyke.
Leaving to mourn are her Sons Wayne (Paula), David (Rose), Rick (Diane), Tony (Roxanne) and Danny, Daughters Rosalind (Archie), Linda (Calvin), Debbie (Gerald), Marley and Lori (Calvin), Brother Arthur (Lorna), Sister Verna (Mac), 21 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends.
Visitation and Funeral Service will be by invitation only.
Resting at Oram's Funeral Home in Eastport, with visitation on Friday, June 11th, 2021 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Funeral Service will be held on June 12th, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Holy Cross Anglican Church in Eastport with interment at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
The Family would like to thank Oram's Birchview Manor for providing such good care for her in the past 7 years. Also, would like to thank the doctors and staff at James Paton Memorial Hospital for giving her such good care while she was there this past Two months.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
