Aunt Sylvia I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Lou (Bill's) passing. My memories of Uncle Lou go way back before you guys got married. As a child uncle lived our family for so many years and was a staple in our home. He was always telling some kind of joke and making people laugh. He had such a contagious laugh and you couldn't help but laugh with him. He was a sweet soul with a big heart and someone that will never be forgotten.
I remember one of his nickname as a child was squeegee not sure where the name came fr but we often called him squeegee Lou. One of the memories I have is when I was a little girl around 10 I wanted an ice cream and uncle Lou said to mom and dad I will take her to the store for an ice cream, well instead of just going to the corner store uncle Lou and I walked to Dominion and he bought me not one ice cream but a full box of Chipwich ice creams. Through the yrs we had many laughs and tears together. He will be greatly missed. Wish I could be there with you today Aunt Sylvia but unfortunately its not possible 😢, but you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sending big hugs your way. Rest in paradise and peace Uncle Lou (Bill) Give dad a big hug fr me.
Love always xoxo

Bill will always be remembered for his helpful nature and unique laugher. We never considered him as a stepdad because he was always there for us like any father would. He looked after our mom as best as he could, and he was always there by her side. Helping others made him happy, that's the kind of person he was.
One of our funniest memories, when my wife Jyoti met mom and Bill the first time, mom said she has a dishwasher, and when Jyoti couldn't see one, she pointed to Bill and laughed. Bill, you will be missed, but you will always be in our hearts and our memory.
Mom, sorry we couldn't be there beside you in this difficult time, but our hearts are with you. We can't honestly say it will get better, but we know it will get a little easier as time goes by. We love you and we hope to see you soon!

We are so sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. He was the sweetest soul ever and had so much love for everyone he met.
I remember fondly of him Sneaking over to the store when it was too cold for him to be out to see the new baby Chloe. And I wasn’t to tell Rosylan he would say before leaving! He had the biggest heart and in the summer months would always have ice creams for the kids. He will be deeply missed and forever loved. Rest in peace sweet Bill.. your love and kindness will always be remembered and I’ll always hold our memories of you in my heart.

Bill will always be remembered by everyone for his laughter and his love for his family. I am grateful of his love and devotion to our mom and never ending love and enjoyment of his grandchildren and great grandchild. There was nothing he wouldn't do for them and they are better for having him in their lives. We wish we could be there with mom at this time but know that we are there in our hearts and thoughts. Love Rosalyn, Todd, Matthew and Lucas.
