Obituary for Christopher Clowe

On October 30th 2020, at the age of 59 Christopher passed tragically away at James Payton Memorial Hospital in Gander. He leaves to mourn his common-law partner Janie of 10 years. Daughter Hayley, soon to be grandchild, son-in-law Shane. Sister-in-law Arlene (Christie) and brother-in-law Murray (Rita) Many Nieces and Nephews and great-nephews/nieces such as Holly Jean, who held a special place in his heart.

Left to mourn are brothers John Wallas (Evelyn) Loyola (Jean) Kerry (Theresa) Winston (Karen) Rennie and sisters, Mae Clowe, Joyce (Jim) Sylvia (Granham) long Irma O'Toole also many nieces and nephews and along with many, many friends from both Ferryland and Hare Bay.

Christopher was the man of many sayings and was known for his heart of gold and love for the ocean, Ferryland Lighthouse and love for his family and very close friends. His family was his pride and joy. Christopher never had any biological children of his own, but he took in Janie’s daughter Hayley as if she were his own. The ten sweet years spent with family and friends in Hare Bay were nothing but the best.
His tragic death left many people impacted and broken hearted. He will forever be missed, and never forgotten.
