It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Thomas Wicks announce his passing on October 27, 2020 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family. He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years Annie Wicks( Matchim).
Children: George Wicks, Halifax, Janet smith, Halifax, Charlie Wicks (Patsy) Sandy Cove, David Wicks (Barry) Halifax.
Grandchildren: Kelsey, Courtney, Bradley, Christopher, Baby Charley and Hollie.
Great Grandchildren: Blair, Sophia, Parker, Olivia and Malia.
Sister Ethel(Calvin) Brophy, brothers: Norman(Verna) Wicks, Carl(Mary) Wicks, Sister-in-law Bonnie Wicks and Joan Hillier. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Edgar and Priscilla Wicks, daughter Denise Wicks, brothers Wilson Wicks, Boyd Wicks, Sister Catherine Moss, brother-in-law Sampson Moss, Nephew Michael Wicks and Niece Vivian Wicks.
A Private service will be held at the Anglican Cemetery in Eastport.
