It is with great sadness that the family of Frances Pelley announce her passing at JPMH on August 12, 2020.

Her beautiful smile and kind heart will be forever missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.

Frances was predeceased by her husband Gerald, parents Myrtle and Earl Collins, brother Gerald Collins and sisters Ruby and Gloria Collins.

She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories sons Craig Collins and Trevor Pelley, daughter Debbie Higgins (Trevor), grandchildren Denai (Michael),Carly(Charles),Marcus (Autumn) and Chantal, great grandchildren Abby, Devon, Dylan and Chloe, siblings, Avalon (Minnie), Arch, Edith, Elsie ( Kevin), Edward (Rachel), Clyde (Camille), Michael (Kim), Neil (Stephanie), Gino (Debbie) and Scott, Sister in Law Gladys Fraize (Wayne) Doreen Horlick( Lloyd) Loreen Wiseman, Eliza Willis(Ruben), Lucy Pelley, Edith Collins and also a large circle of family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private funeral will take place at the Salvation Army Church in Hare Bay on Thursday August 20, 2020.

God looked around his garden
And found an empty place
He then looked upon this earth
And saw your tired face
