It is with great sadness that the family of Wilfred Ross Matchim announces his passing after a long battle with cancer, on Sunday, November 12th, 2017, at the age of 70 years.

Ross will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Judy and his children Scott, Susan (Ryan); two grandchildren Lily and Cameron. Ross will also be fondly remembered by his brothers; Ralph (Judy), Cliff (Lorraine), Frank (Rosalind) and his sisters Nellie (Wayne), Minnie (Edward), Anne (Kevin) as well as many nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. He was predeceased by his parents Maxwell and Blanche as well as his brother Stanley and infant son.

A gathering in Ross’s memory will be on Wednesday, November 22nd. It will be in Sandy Cove Hall from 1 pm to 4 pm. There will be some finger foods as well as tea and coffee to enjoy while sharing stories and memories of Ross.
