Katherine passed peaceably away at Lakeside Home Gander, Monday May 14, 2018, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness.

Predeceased by husbands Frederick Collins Sr and Caleb Wilkins, sons Carl(Sylvia), Cecil Collins, daughters Irene Collins and Maryann Collins.
Predeceased by her parents Simeon and Maude Preston, brother Eric (Emily)Preston, brother Fred (Sadie)Preston, brother Raymond (Dorothy)Preston, sister Bessie (Stanley) Saunders, sister Una (Eldon) Roberts, sister Lucy (Ennis) Parsons, sister Daisy (Gilbert) Collins.
Leaving to mourn brothers German and William (Phyllis) Preston.
Leaving to mourn daughters Phyllis, Irene(Eric), Nancy, Bernice, Colleen and sons Fred, Gerald(Marilyn), Don(Delores), Frank(Fanny), and Lindsay. Leaving also to mourn 29 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Resting at Salvation Army Citadel Hare Bay. Visitations Tuesday May 15,2018 7-9 pm Family Viewing only. Wednesday May 16, 2018 2-4:00 p.m., 7-9:00 p.m.Public Viewing. Funeral service is at Salvation Army Citadel Hare Bay, Memorial Drive, Thursday May 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers are greatly accepted in her memory.
