Condolences

Condolence From: Roderick Brentnall
Condolence: This man is my relative indirectly. My great Aunt Caroline Brentnall (1885 - 1939) was married to John Taite (1884 - 1938) who was this man's father's (Darius Taite) brother. Wish I had a picture of John and Caroline. Never ever found one. Sincere condolences to Mr. Taite's family.

Condolence: Juanita and Family. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Clyde's passing. We have been good friends for so many years. Bill and he went back an even longer time and were such good friends we asked him to be best man at our wedding. He may not be with you physically but he will always be in your hearts and you will always have those wonderful and happy memories. They will always be a comfort to you and help you through those difficult days and the days to come. God bless you all.

Condolence: To Juanita And Taite Family, Sorry for your loss. Taught with Clyde in Gander and Gambo, he had a congenial disposition and was a positive influence.I had a classroom next door to his and it was always like a library, I never once heard a raised voice.I recall the lovely evening we had at the Lions Club for his retirement in June 1984. (Roast a Taite er). He was a proud family man. May you be granted continued strength for the journey. Charlie & Dora

Condolence From: Philip Riggs
Condolence: To Juanita and family We would like to express our sincere condolences for your great loss. I remember fondly my year I taught with Clyde in Bayview Heights Academy. I travelled with Clyde, Walt Hunt and Denise Feltham. We had lots of chuckles in our travelling. It was a couple of years after the forest fire of 79. I always got a chuckle out of the way Clyde marvelled on the amount of fellows hauling so much burnt over wood over the TCH every day we drove home. I think he was a little envious that they had the day getting wood while we had the day in the classroom! Sincere regards, Lyla and Phil

Condolence: To Juanita and Family: We were saddened to hear of Clyde's passing. It was always a pleasure to talk to him both in the school and while he was out for a walk. His determination to maintain a healthy lifestyle was to be admired and an inspiration to all of us. I will remember him as very dedicated teacher who, in his own quiet manner, encouraged me over the years. Unfortunately, we are out of the province at this time, however, our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
