Passed away at the Gander Hospital on January 22, 2017, Jessie Belle Jackson of Dover, NL, age 93 years. She is predeceased by her husband: Sylvester, son: Wycliffe, and daughter: Wanda. Left to mourn are sons: Dion (Lisa), Junior (Rowena) and Wallace (Cynthia), daughters: Rita (Eugene), Bonnie (Llewellyn), Georgina (Jacob) and Marilyn (Jerry), Son-in-Law: Kevin, 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. As well as step-sisters: Evelyn Gilman and Stella Chatman, and a wide circle of extended family and friends.
Visitations will take place from Oram's Funeral Home in Dover on Monday 3-4 and 7-9pm, and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Funeral to be held on Wednesday at 2pm from the Salvation Army in Dover with interment to follow in the Salvation Army cemetery.
Donations in Jessie's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
